What places are best for extras in Vegas? Going there for a 40th birthday next weekend. I've had extras before in Sapphire, but that was in the VIP and skybox area, and many years ago.

Thanks for the input - yeah the only time I’ve ever had any extras in Vegas were from dancers that I knew from previous visits. But again this was way back when, 2007-2011-ish.
It doesn’t exist or only rarely for high rollers but you can totally hook up outside the clubs. Frequently. Half the time the girls just give me their number.

You can get high mileage just about anywhere, the factor is cost. BJ and above, that's another story. On my most recent trip, high mileage was hard to get without paying heavy fees, forget about FS. OTC may be a different story.

OTC is readily available. Chances are you will be asked. If not, ask around.
In terms of offers in a casino the most recent was Chandelier Bar at Cosmopolitan. "Where are you staying? Can I ESCORT you back to your room."

Not the prettiest dancers and it is a dive, but you can count on extras there.
Extras IN Chicas? That's going to be a hard sell given the layout of the LDA.

ITC only for real high rollers. OTC is the way to go but it will be pricey. That said she will likely be decent looking if working in a Vegas club. Or stay at the Cosmo and go to the Chandelier bar after midnight: 100% chance for (expensive) success. For cheaper options, any strip hotel bar after midnight. Even cheaper, Fremont street after midnight!
