we all have an idea of park avenue in manhattan is like. it's mostly buildings with doormen hailing caps for the residents and some expensive eateries sprinkled here and there.
i've been to other cities' park avenue. the one in staten island is just mere shit. literally looked like it tattered on bordering escape from new york proportions. many blocks long full of crack houses?
so how's the park avenue in the city that you all live at?

Park ave here starts out in a shitty neighborhood and gentrifies block by block until it runs into the college campus of the second best ______________ college in New England.
The center of my town is court house square and in the center is the county court house built in 1825.
