There is a lot to unpack here. The “Cowboy Butts Drive Me Nuts” bumper sticker is what convinced me it was Skifredo. But you should also check out the bumper sticker declaring that the driver is so gay he can’t even drive straight.

Now, I don’t know how a homeless crab that pretends to be a fourth-rate divorce lawyer purchased a car. Maybe he gave a claw job to the original owner. Regardless, enjoy for some roaring good laughter! ROAR!!!
