Ever notice how women who have been dancing for several years or more often have somewhat rough skin on their lower booties/upper thighs. Presumably from grinding. LDK does this make you feel guilty?

I think the heels that they have to wear for long periods of time there affect their toes, I saw a dancer once and her toes were affected

Never wear jeans. Always go with some kind of sweatpants, joggers, basketball shorts or even better sleep pants if you can get away with it. Extra points if they have a button fly for easy access.
