Do we need to register wherever we dance? Just had to register in Seattle. Is this required in Florida and Texas as well?

Only certain cities/counties. For example in Florida, you don’t have to register to dance in Fort Lauderdale/Broward county. However, palm beach county (west palm beach) and Monroe county (Florida keys) both require dancers to have a license to dance.
