$217,000 over 20 years is $10,850 per year. That’s not so outrageous. Based on recent posts here, many of our own PL’s spend at this level. The fact that he charged it to a corporate credit card, however, may be another story.
What I read is that expenses have to be normal to the industry thriftbooks.com But there are all sorts of ways to rig it. This guy just didn't want to be openly associated with strip clubs. That's want sunk him. SJG
