Hopefully not too off topic. Just wondering if anybody has done P4P in both TJ and Puerto Rico, what the pluses and minuses are.

I had to help someone sell a property in Puerto Rico. It is not a state, it is a US Territory, and so it is governed by US Territorial law, and this is usually more conservative than the laws for the 50 states.
Now as far as P4P and what to expect, I do not know.
San Juan should be the best, but no reviews since Sept 2018

In Tijuana, Baja California Prostitution is legal because of the Federal laws in Mexico each state enacts its own prostitution laws, so “buying sex is legal”.
In Puerto Rico, an unincorporated U.S. territory, similar to USA, Prostitution is illegal buying sex is illegal.
So I don’t think Puerto Rico can compare to the “Happiest Place on Earth” (according to Krusty) Tijuana
