rizo opened up the new fourth floor to the north of the lobby. this along with the third floor that opened a few months ago is really nice. but they are more expensive than the standard rooms. and i took a peek at the new penthouse pool suite at the north end of the fourth floor… super nice! but gonna cost BUCKS!

Do they come with VIP discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays?
Yes. The VIP card will get you 70% off on Monday and Tuesday just like at Cascadas across the street. The VIP card from HK will get you the discount at both hotels, the VIP from Tropical only works at Rizo.

How's the water pressure on the upper floors? Cascadas' water pressure on the 9th floor alone makes me not want to ever buy any of those rooms.
