. . . lost its federal court case against the City of Chamblee. It’s complaint was dismissed on July 15. But the fight goes on. It has filed a notice of appeal to the Eleventh Circuit.

Likely good money after bad but I admire their willingness to fight.
They should have attacked and exposed the judge and the city. It was never about the alcohol. Judges usually just act as a rubber stamp for political and economic interests if certain groups.
^^^^^^ actions against P4P sex venues are always like that, rubber stamp for political and economic intestest of certain groups.

Papi's right. Some enterprising and politically connected TUSCLer should put together a Gentlemen's Club PAC and begin lobbying for better protections from municipal harassment.


It doesn't seem many strip clubs win their cases - plus one would think even if they did the city would keep harassing them like they are doing with Oasis
