I admit I'm guilty of instantly thinking of a certain creep as soon as I saw this headline. Although he's psychotic enough to do such a thing my second thought is this was likely done by a disgruntled employee and our bike riding library posting creep probably never held a real job in his life.
Anyway, it's an unfortunate incident and it will become another excuse in the attempts to disarm law abiding citizens.
