No one wants a strip club across the street from their $65M mixed use development. The city of Doraville has been trying to close them for years. They are probably going to go all out now.

I think the club and the restaurant are part of the same property. Interesting to see how that goes. I did not realize Van Fleet Circle was a public street. I thought Oasis was part of the shopping center property, but as you say it is across Van Fleet Circle from the shopping center.
The development may raise the value of the strip club property, and someone will buy the club location for an amount the owner can't refuse.
