I think the joke there is that Nicki Minaj used to work at a Red Lobster b/f she became famous - I recall in an interview a couple of years ago where she said she used to make good $$$ as a waitress at Red Lobster (although she wasn't very good) and used to drive a BMW from working at Red Lobster (I assumed she lived at home in order to afford that Beamer working at Red Lobster)
