Not sure about what kind of renovations they are doing but they are not open yet. I haven't clubbed in Cbus since covid but almost all of the reports I have heard have been bad. A buddy of mine told me he had been trying to club but the best he had found around town was at Roadhouse and that isn't saying much.
Supposedly was going to open sometime in August but nothing has happened yet.
