Is Begona Villacis, Vice Mayor of Madrid, hot or not? She looks oddly like Megan Markle (who is totally hot for all the haters) in one shot, then like a whole 'nother person in the next moment. I spent 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back considering this for myself after spotting her in a June 2020 Sports Illustrated article (si.com). What do you think?
