According to the Gov, Philadelphia will change to Condition Yellow on June 5. I don’t know what that means for clubs/bars.
Anyone have any insights?

How are people find out Clubs are open, most websites suck and aren’t really updated. Is it just a drive by and see situation?
Clubs and bars can’t open until the green phase, nothing really changes in yellow. Some rural PA counties are already going to green this weekend but I would guess Philly is at least a month away.
