hello babes !

im a curious soul looking to become a dancer. i live in MA & i have a gf who says we don't need licensing out here to dance. i was wondering if y'all can let me know what other states do or don't require it. i plan on being a traveling dancer after i get more comfortable! thank y'all 🤗

Stay in MA ohcee. You won't find a much more dancer friendly environment anywhere in the country except maybe in Washington DC. There is a reason why MA dancers almost never post on any of the dancer boards, which is that they don't want other girls to know how good they have it.

Hard to know - it's usually governed at the city level and just too-many cities out there to know which ones have them and which ones don't - you would just have to inquire ahead of time for a particular city of interest - StripperWeb.com is a site for dancers and they would know of cities that have them but no one is gonna know all the cities in the U.S. that have them (or maybe StripperWeb.com may have that info on their site already?).

Licensing is usually local, not by state. For example, the City of Detroit requires licenses but the suburbs don't.

Rhode Island was great license free strip clubbing. Massachusetts is eh in my opinion. I don't go often in Massachusetts despite living there.
