Tom Brady will reportedly rent Derek Jeter's Tampa mansion for $100,000 per month - the mansion is 30,000 sq ft w/ 7-bedrooms and 9-bathrooms - the link below has some pics of the pad:

$100k a month in Rent ? OMG. That is $2.4 million over the course of Brady's contract. Tampa real estate isn't all that expensive. I would think Tom could get a pretty nice place to buy for $2.4 million.

I don't believe that he's going to pay that much, I'd be sure there is some entity that is going to absorb the cost of Brady's living in Tampa,
