I don't believe that he's going to pay that much, I'd be sure there is some entity that is going to absorb the cost of Brady's living in Tampa,
It's kind of in weird spot after looking at google maps. That neighborhood seems regular as fuck and then woah Jeter's mansion.

$100k a month in Rent ? OMG. That is $2.4 million over the course of Brady's contract. Tampa real estate isn't all that expensive. I would think Tom could get a pretty nice place to buy for $2.4 million.
