Rats are quick-witted, resourceful, and smart but lack courage. With rich imaginations and sharp observations, they can take advantage of various opportunities well.
In Chinese culture, rats represent working diligently and thriftiness, so people born in a Rat year are thought to be wealthy and prosperous.

You know I get a lot of information from online, I post some of it here.
But the more in depth stuff I get is by reading books. It works like this because books are still the place where people most carefully layout their ideas.
I read as much as I can. I don't have more hours to give.
So I need to be able to read about 10x as many books, in the now available time, without reducing comprehension or level of enjoyment.
How do I do this? The more books I digest, the more I learn and grow.
My only plan is that my organization will grow into a think tank of many sections. So that close associates will also be reading the necessary books, reporting on them to the group, and also taking on responsibiities for the planning and running of the organization.

When I was in college, what I was exposed to was too narrow. I needed to learn much more, and at all levels, to be able to position myself. More theory, more practice, more about how our industries are structured, before I could make any intelligent decisions.
And things are actually better today. Because of better computers, more math, more brain power used in most applicaitions.
Brain power reserved for Military and NASA, not used in common things.
