OT: Car Transport ?

Not that I need the service any time soon - but has anyone used a car-transport/shipping service they were happy with in terms of service and cost?

A while back I looked at some online websites hoping to get a quote so I could have an idea but it seemed as if they all asked for the car info and an email-addess to get back to me with a quote whereas I was hoping to see an instant online quote just to get an idea of the cost involved.

If you've used one, how much did it cost and roughly what distance?

You might also look into some one driving it for you.

I used car transport companies several times when my company moved me from one city to another. I don't know the cost because the company was paying. They put my cars on a big vehicle hauler. The cars arrived without any damage.

I've used two. One was to bring a Harley to me from Virginia and the other a Z from Texas. If you need info, let me know and I look up the details.
