Portland is a solid city for good 2 way mileage. And we have some good small neighborhood dive clubs. The Acropolis is the only club I know where contact is 1 way.
If you are downtown a great walkable circuit is Spyce, Club Rouge, and end at the Golden Dragon. (Note that being downtown they are a little more expensive but you should get rates at $100/3. I saw you have a lot of Phoenix reviews so note that we have higher prices out here.) Spyce and Club Rouge are solid gentleman's clubs, both should have some lookers and grinders and good VIP areas. Can't go wrong with either of these clubs and again just go to the other one if you're not feeling it. The Golden Dragon is more of a party atmosphere and is an 18 and over club. A lot of young strippers work there and there's no alcohol. It gets packed starting around 11pm as the downtown drinkers wander in from the bars. The club is a rat race too. The strippers are all hustling hard but it can play to your advantage because they want to show you a better time than the next one. There are also various dance options - regular booths, bedroom ViP rooms, and even a mutual masterbation (no contact) option. Mileage should be good there.
I hate to mention it but not far from downtown is Casa Diablo which is a rip-off club to me but it always has a lot of dancers and they are the typical Portland type - tattooed, pierced, white, and mostly hot. It's expensive and I don't go there but I must say the line up is big and the strippers are hot and they give a good grind. If you don't care about prices, it's a good club for reasons mentioned.
My favorite clubs in Portland are DV8 and Rose City Strip. They are mid-sized and slightly smaller than the aforementioned ones but the strippers don't hustle too hard and they are hot. If you have a car I recommend these two out of all my options. They aren't that far from each other and are under the same ownership. The same strippers switch locations day to day. Both of them represent the Portland club scene well. Neighborhood club feel, but not dives and with hot strippers. I've had good times with Layla, Mimi, and Sasha at either.
SinRock, Stars Bridgeport, Club205, and Union Jack's are also good mid size clubs with good talent. SinRock and Stars being more typical gentleman's clubs and the other two more "Portland style".
As to the smaller dives which always have good mileage but talent varies I like Sunset Strip, Columbia Strip, and the Venue. You'll be taking a chance on these clubs because of variable talent but they are good 2 way mileage. At Sunset try to see Vienna, Julia, or Lily. At Columbia Strip there's Macy, Jordan, and Holly.
At the lower end out here but where you may get extras are Tommy's Too and the Dream On Saloon. Both are total dives but the strippers are high mileage and if not extras you may be able to negotiate OTC. If you like a hot sista, go see Mahogany at Tommy's. Sunshine at Dream On is a really cute grinder.
If you want to try clubs more unique to Portland there's the Lucky Devil Lounge, Mary's, and Devil's Point. They are more goth style and just have that Portland feel to them.
Avoid the Dancin' Bare because of the lack of talent and the Acropolis for lack of 2 way contact.
As to extras I can't advise you on that but I know from fellow TUSCL PLs through PMs that they are available. And I know for a fact that some of the strippers I mentioned either offer them or are escorts you can meet OTC. PM me if you want to discuss further.
I had a good time at Club Rouge, which was great compared to the SC wasteland that is the SF Bay Area. Girls were 6-8. Draft beer selection is good and mixed drinks affordable.
Reviews say the VIP closed door rooms have cameras, but I haven't been in them to confirm.
Curtained VIP dance cubicles in rear left of club are good value I thought compared to where I club. The curtained cubicles are stacked two deep - get the second ones furthest in closest to wall, avoid the first ones because someone may peek in or pass through on way to second ones against wall. FN dances 3/100 plus $10 to desk person that girl is supposed to pay to club but girl will ask you to pay it for her - I did because it's not worth ruining the vibe over $10. I wasn't offered extras. YMMV - some girls cool with kitty play, some not. If Lola, Victoria, and Leilani still dancing, they're all worth a spin.
^ I feel your pain. It has so much potential too. Diverse women, huge population, big money. Also imagine Oakland having some AA/urban clubs. Instead you have street and social media prostitution.

Scarlet Lounge can have high mileage day shift with the right gal, but she'll probably weigh more than you do.
Thank @ArtCollege. I never had a dance at Sassy's but I always liked it. It is such a dive in looks and is so small, but you go in and there are smoking hot strippers there. LOL it's a 7up dive club!

LMAO!!! Someday I'll get out there but it's never been a high priority for reason stated. That said, I only weigh 150lbs.
@PinkSugarDoll I agree about the Stars common dance area. Not quite enough privacy and the stupid bouncer is always lurking.
But the two VIP rooms are nice. LOL I figured that's where you are most of the time. 🤭
Tbh most of the time I kinda keep an eye out for them in my peripherals and just behave myself at those times...but I know customers want to enjoy themselves in dances so....
The times I’ve worked there I’ve been busy like, couldn’t get out of the dance area, and haven’t gone to VIP in that club. But anyone here is welcome to take me lol.
TBH I think that dance area and the stupid bouncer rounds helped me learn to LDK on command. I'd do the same and keep an eye out in my peripherals too! Even in the midst of about to LDK I'd pay attention too and have to sort of wait until he passed and then reconvene quickly after and then LDK before he came back around again.

Yeah the stupid bouncer is a real boner killer. Super annoying. Luckily the club has hotties like you that kept me "coming" back. When my three faves moved on there, I found better options in town.
I think the bad press that caused the Beaverton Stars to close kinda ruined the Bridgeport one. The owner wanted to make sure it stayed on the up and up with the law, so the rules are strict there.
