I just spent the afternoon watching a semi pump 31,000 gallons of effluent from our system of two tanks holding 40,000 gallons. He really went down deep to get as many solids as possible. 62 units gravity fed to a centralized tertiary treatment plant. 26 pumps all underground with a one acre leaching field and another acre set aside for expansion. Fascinating shit, ain’t it.
