What's it like at night?

I will be in Atlanta, but just late at night. How much different is it than during the days? More crowded, if that is possible? Different mix of dancers?
Is it safe?

Doesn't look like anyone else has answered. Difference between day and night is night and day. Racially mixed during the day mostly black at night.
