No. 23 is the video and 12.1 is the live feed. Both channels are clear as day on my tv right now. The live feed is actually clearer than the video, but neither is grainy.
I agree sometimes the hottest dancers aren't on the main stage, but today I saw at least 3 hot spinners on the main stage during the day.
