I took some pesos out of HK ATM, it didn't

I took some pesos out of HK ATM, it didn't show the exchange rate and neither my bank's record. It was not a fun process as going to the exchange store where I can see the rate. How can I find the ATM with the best rate? I can't imagine using them all blindly just to find out.
