i think i'm safe to say that all paid lots are for extended time if you’re willing to pay the fee. i have found free parking north on the blue trolley line. only problem is no trolleys run between 12:30 am and 4:30am. ( approximately) no body has messed with my car in hundreds of visits.
give the robe guy $1.oo. that’s all. the cascada short time rooms are mostly on the 3rd floor and below. a lot of street girls can go to cascada. i usually rent an overnight room.
