I have heard stories, especially of high-end high-cost "private clubs" in Amsterdam, where you (if you're rich enough) bring a date, you and she watch the show, and eventually (probably thanks to a lot of friendly drugs) join in like at a swinger's club. I guess if you're a Saudi Prince, it's something you can set up for yourself whenever you'd like.
