  I've seen guys like that a lot in Vegas... they'll be arguing with their girlfriends or friends after having spent their vacation money at a casino table or at strip clubs, trying to argue with management about how they were ripped off. They made poor choices, let them pay for them. I never bring more money anywhere than I'm comfortable spending.
