No it's not a premature announcement of the demise of TUSCL member PapiChulo. I was driving on the West side of Cleveland earlier today and the license plate on a car in front of me at a traffic light read "PAPI RIP" I figured the "vanity" plate was a tribute to someone's deceased father but I couldn't help but think of TUSCL's Papi when I read it.
So while we're on the subject, what's the best or strangest vanity plate you've seen on a car?

ATTN HO on the back license plate of a Stutz Bearcat.
