No. Even if you claim it happened on accident, there's the potential for it being forcible or even non forcible fondling.... then there's always open and gross lewdness. It could technically make you a registered sex offender. But paying to get off is basically soliciting a hoe.

Is it legal for clubs to fire me for slapping a disgusting customer that grabs or smacks at me for free while I work the floor or stage?

Asking because this has happened to me multiple times LOL

Also a lot of clubs never throw out shitty misbehaving customers for anything so long as they keep buying alcohol or whatever.

1- As an independent contractor, they can technically fire you for any reason. However, a customer grabbing or smacking you without your consent, for their perceived sexual pleasure, is forcible fondling, which is a charge right below rape and can get him to register as a sex offender. The club conducted itself illegally by not providing a safe work environment.

2- Technically its illegal but the laws are pretty archaic, so modern interpretations are left to local laws. In general, a switchblade would be illegal but with other types of knives it depends on the purpose of you carrying it, local laws, if the knife is classified as something other than a knife ie a dagger etc, its size, concealment. But a small pocket knife with like a 3 inch blade would be legal anywhere.
