For those who have been saying human trafficking is overblown, here's another crackdown. I don't think it is rampant in SCs like in the AMPs that SJG loves so much, but there may be a few isolated cases. Maybe with some eastern Europeans girls.

But 3.5 years to investigate seems ridiculously long.

The thing about a SC is it would be way too easy for a girl to find a Captain Save a Ho white knight to rescue her. It's hard to be a stripper without basic English skills and that alone is enough to escape the AMP type situations.

I'm sure some strippers have Pimps, but pimps often don't rely on actual imprisonment.
