For Santa Clara CA, called for Dianne Feinstein, the incumbent and nominee. But strong showing for a guy who also sounds very good:

Maybe if Feinstein were to need to retire, then Kevin de Leon could be appointed.

Governor Kevin de Leon (D), and John Cox (R) just getting those votes which any Republican would get automatically. Good riddance.

Looks like Democrats gained one US House Seat in CA.

Ro Khanna, a pseudo Democrate who I do not care for, unstoppable.

State Senate, Democrats 25 of 40 seats

State House, 50 of 80 seats

besides the Governor we have 6 other statewide electees

Site does not list all the offices, but looks like all Democrats won, and on ballot measures, looks like total progressive land slide.

National, Republicans 51 to 54 of the 100 Us Senate Seats

US House Democrats 222, Republicans 196, Democrats will have majority, but some of the 435 races still not called.

County Supervisor, SUSAN ELLENBERG won, as expected. But I would have prefered Don Rocha

LAURIE SMITH relected as Sheriff, as expected. But questions on jail safety remain.

San Jose City Council, D7, very close, Vienamese district, has been controversial and highly contested.

Some expected bad, but also some refreshing good in the other city's races.

Ocasio-Cortez is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and has been endorsed by various politically progressive organizations and figures including former president Barack Obama.

Just so long as she is not a Hispanic become Born Again Pentecostal Christian.

Total progressive landslide on CA Ballot Measures. Suggests that CA hates Trump.

San Jose loosening up the way construction contracts are awarded, large margin of victory.

Most bond measures and tax increases won. Tax cuts lost.
