Used to be in most places, the cigarettes were in front of the counter and the rubbers were behind it. Then it got to be the other way around. Walmart is trying to go old school.
In all honesty - condoms should be provided free of charge.
Considering what I’ve seen when shopping at Walmart - maybe they think giving drunk (or drugged up) - chromosome lacking folks - easy access to birth control will lessen their customer base?
I have been in Walmarts in almost every state. The only place I recall where the condoms and lube were locked up was at a Walmart in Miami. At all of my local Walmarts, anyone can access the condoms and lube right off the shelf.
I've seen that before. If it's a problem there's probably a Walmart in a better part of town if you want to get rubbers without asking for them to be unlocked.

I've been everywhere too, some stores lock them up.
