Once you make it across the border and exit out into Tijuana you should probably see taxis already lined up on the curb. Find one that is unoccupied and ask the driver to take you to Hong Kong. You can say something like, “Necesito un viaje a Hong Kong.” Or more simply, “Hong Kong, por favor.”
