I want to discuss this a bit. The Street Girls do hold much appeal, mostly because they are likely the most free of the agents operating. They are the least likely to be beholden to anyone like a strip club operator. Also, the chances are greater that they live locally, opening the door to regular visits.
The girls may of may not have the looks of those who dance in the clubs. But there is a bigger issue here.
The way things go in the session room are primarily determined by what happens in the front room, the selections area. Same in TJ as it is everywhere.
So if a girl wants to makeout with you she will, but you cannot talk her into it, negotiate her into it, or pay her to do it. Even if she agrees, if she does not want to, what happens will be a frustration.
So they way to make it happen is just to fraternize and set the mood, and then just kiss her. I first learned this in AMPs. Kissing is not at all standard, and some times girls are completely disarmed by it. But when it works, the ensuing FS will be mind blowing for both parties.
So the HK and the other TJ clubs are renowned for this, for girls who encourage DFKing, for girls who lead with it, and for girls who give a guy very little choice in the matter.
So the sidewalk is not the same situation. Sounds like there are limits, and there are fake cops who cause problems.
So if you want to get real GFE with a street girl, it sounds like there needs to be some other way. Do the street girls also go into any bars or such? Paying her of course you could try to take her into some bar or restaurant. Like say you were checked into the Cascadas. You could take her into LC, dance with her and fraternize. People say there is more DFKing which is standard in LC and BT than there is in HK. Then if you want to spend a long time with her, like maybe TLN, you could take her to the restaurant, and then proceed to your hotel suite. Seems like that should work.
It is not the simplest or lowest cost approach, but the sidewalk has limitations. The girls might not have the looks of the bar girls, and they might not wear as little. But a bigger factor is just that the sidewalk is not as conducive to preliminary friendliness. So one has to find ways to change the script a bit.
