Minneapolis' strip-club quandary: Are restrictions too tight?

The power to zone is the power to destroy.

"In Minneapolis, it’s legal to open a strip club, as long as it’s downtown and not within 500 feet of a church.

And not within 1,000 feet of a residential zone. And not on Nicollet Mall. And not if another strip club is already on the same side of the block."

glad these rules do not apply in zona norte tijuana. there is a church between clubs which are on the same side of the block within 1000feet of a residential zone. and it’s not downtown.

Damn, and it's so cold there. A man has to warm his bones somewhere. I knew a dancer several years ago from Minneapolis. She said her family moved to tropical Detwaa to escape the usual below Zero F degree temps. :)
