Sad to hear of a girl getting killed - and I’m sure it’s difficult for her family to think her killer is still out there. It’s a small reward - but hopefully it will bring some useful new evidence.
Only $6k for something from 1982? That would be like $1,000 in 2017 dollars...
We spend more than that in a night at the clubs sometimes.
