  No idea about that market/club, but I'd think $200 is a fair offer unless she's a '9' or a "10"

  72 reviews of 4 clubs? You really should get out more. $300-400 would be a reasonable price unless she's particularly hot.

  John Smith has it right (even in MA). If it escalates to $500 plus (make your own decision). You are the only one who can decide what is best for you!

  I would think $200-300. Expect to pay much more if she's a Kennedy.
