I'd expect that if the casinos are open - then the strip clubs would be open too. Those two businesses seem to operate so that nothing happening outside matters.
Keeping the schools open seems odd. I know they want to keep a sense of normalcy, but I'm guessing lots of folks wanted to have their kids with them (to make sure they were safe).
