I've got to drive North past Philly to NYC in a couple weeks, on a Friday evening.
Asking the locals: if you could make one stop (about an hour) at either Playhouse in Burlington NJ or Ballpark in Levittown PA, where would you stop and why? Anybody in particular to seek out?
Or is there another club nearby that's better than both? Thanks!
Hey buddy. I've been to the Ballpark and I hang out at the Playhouse Lounge frequently (hence my alias). Honestly, it depends on what you're looking for and what you're willing to tolerate. The Ballpark Tavern is a smoke-filled, uncomfortable dump, where the girls will do almost anything you want for a nominal price. At least that was the impression I got when I visited late last year. I haven't been back since. It just doesn't feel like the kind of place where you can go to hang out, but I'm sure some of the regulars would disagree; it's more of a pump-dump-and-split kind of place. If that's what you're looking for, I would actually suggest the Carnival Bookstore in Brooklawn, NJ. It's marginally better than the Ballpark and slightly cleaner. The Playhouse Lounge is more of a place where you can hang and make "friends" with the dancers. It's slightly more atmospheric and much more comfortable. Trust me, the girls will still take care of you in the back. Do you prefer American or Brazilian girls? The Playhouse is about 50% Brazilian. Personally I prefer Americans, but the local Zilians are quite popular.
PH wins between those two. You can be in and out in under half an hour. Or you can hang out all night. The tip parade can get intense. Some of the women will try to DFK. I strongly advise against this.
I've been to both. Strongly prefer PL, given the attractive multicultural dancer roster, the standard lubed BBHJ service, plus other handsy stuff. Haven't landed FS ITC at PL, but OTC is available after developing a relationship.
I understand full menu is provided at BPT. I personally think it's a dump and the dancers are mostly fugly.
Any chances of Billy Joel making an appearance at Playhouse?

@jdoggy, all those Playhouse reviews can't be wrong. And I've seen the occasional used condom on their mensroom floor, so I'm sure everything is negotiable. But definitely choose BPT instead if you want a place that either has no cameras or doesn't give a fuck about what the cameras catch on tape. Just bring some hand sanitizer. And an oxygen mask (the Tavern gets a little smoky).
Sorry, I've got experience with some Northeastern NJ clubs, but those are a bit south of my area of knowledge.
