Say it ain't so! Portland is one of the most politically correct cities in the country! They are a "sanctuary" city where you can hire an illegal for below minimum wages for slave labor. There tax structure has all but driven small to medium size businesses who pay a living wage out of town. They have bike lane everywhere, most of the population is stoned and the city officials rule like the kings of the dark ages. What need to they have for prostitutes! (I was going to bid a project inside Portland but was warned by a couple local sub contractors unless you are from instate and willing to sue to get paid you will never get paid and you will have to pay Portland taxes on your total business even if you are not local. Needless to say I did not bid.)
