Usually the high heels and the sort dresses are what LE is able to ruin.
This 14th St. seems to be this International Blvd. And Fruitvale is part of this neighborhood.
On doxyspotting, the sightings, are clustered on International Blvd.
Bars too, like our Mexican Bars. Are these hooker bars? Could any of these be the places which used to be listed on TUSCL as strip clubs?
The above looks to be on the other side of Lake Merritt, close to the downtown, and the building is being renovated google.com . I don't have much experience with Oakland, but it is interesting.
