I'll second Longball300 regarding Palace in the Pines in Lowellville, OH. It's just east of Youngstown. Hi mileage dances are $10/song and you negotiate extras with the dancers.
What makes the difference are the loosely run places, where there can be front room GFE auditions.
Buying dances is a chumps game.

There is nothing in Canton right now. Akron has lots of Extras Clubs. Glory Daze and CW'S are best for extras.
