I'm surprised they think the punishment should be for the man to marry the donkey. Seems like cruel punishment for the donkey.
On the other hand in some countries they could require the donkey to be covered from head to toe in black garments so that no one can see them in public. In the Middle East, the guys wife might just seem a little short with a really big ass.
