ST. CHARLES TOWNSHIP — A 27-year-old man was charged with theft of labor and services, a Class A misdemeanor, after an altercation at Blackjacks Gentleman’s Club in St. Charles Township on June 18.
According to a report from the Kane County Sheriff’s Office, Jose M. Guerrero of the 100 block of Washburn Street, Elgin, failed to pay his share of a $730 tab, accrued from the services of employed dancers. Guerrero was with an unnamed person who paid his share of the bill, leaving Guerrero to pay the remaining amount of $380. Kane County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Gabriel Perez and Ryan Rojkowski reported to the incident.
Guerrero, according to the sheriff’s report, said he could pay the bill in a few days. Perez advised Guerrero to reach out to family and friends in order to pay his bill, to which Guerrero refused. Guerrero showed Perez an ATM receipt with a balance of zero, according to reports.
After presenting the receipt, Guerrero is quoted as saying “just take me to jail then,” reports stated. A representative of the business said Blackjacks Gentleman’s Club did wish to pursue charges due to Guerrero’s uncooperative behavior. Perez obtained a written statement stating video was available to provide proof of services rendered.
Deputies transported Guerrero to Kane County jail to await further processing.A plea hearing is set for June 29, according to court records.

Is this worse than say, not paying a restaurant tab?
At least he isn't having to stand up to thug bouncers.

At first I thought he may have been getting ripped off but nowhere in the article does he deny getting the services si I guess he was just a douche
Dickweed.
I always pay first, in strip clubs, to avoid these sorts of situations.

Kind of a moot point for you, as you never go into strip clubs. It also demonstrates how little you grasp actual strip club behavior, as this was clearly a bar tab with time added to it for the dancers. How do you pay a bar tab first?
The solution is to actually bring some fucking money in with you and not be a goddamn deadbeat. If you have no money in your bank account, you shouldn't be partying with strippers (unless you're the boyfriend, of course).

At our clubs here, they expect people to pay for drinks up front. Chili, you would come across better if you only talked about things you knew about and didn't make assumptions about people.

Zero reviews. Zero clubs. Shoe seems to fit just fine.
And no one makes you pay for drinks up front. The question, "Do you want to open a tab?" means you will not, in fact, be paying as you go. Even in San Jose.

Jesus age Christ SJG, I travel all over Norh America and every bar, restaurant and club I've been in lets you start a tab, sometimes they require you to give a credit card, sometimes they do not.
Oh, well at Starbucks and McDonalds they make you pay up front - and since those are the only places you've ever been I can see where you're confused.
Go jump off a bridge you retard.
wow zero-reviews zero-clubs a-jillion-discussions WTF is that legal here?
Damn they hustled the shit out of that dude... The moral of the story, pussy can make you do dumb shit...like have zero fucking dollars in your bank account and go to a stripclub...smh
"Perez obtained a written statement stating video was available to provide proof of services rendered."
A video of the serves rendered to me yesterday would have to be shown on Porn Hub.
It is time to leave when the cash is done!
Blackjacks has no alcohol so he got $380 worth of dances or extras. How did the strippers let that happen???
@chessmaster Blackjacks charges highway robbery on their dances at $30 per song topless and $50 per song nude, so you could get there in less than half an hour not including the $10 sodas. i'm surprised the club actually enforced it as i've heard numerous strippers at other clubs saying that some guy got some large number of dances and didn't have the money or didn't pay or something and the girl was left holding the bag.
And Shailynn, who let you out of the attic. At our local clubs everyone pays drink by drink. Same for alcohol and for soft drinks. Personally I have never seen it any other way.
So shut your that gaping trap of yours.
