I got a dancer's Instagram account. I'm one of only three followers (she's new). It's the stripper's account, not the real her, so the point of it is to get schmucks into the club. How can I circumvent that and leverage this access into either regular status or the holy grail: OtC?

The fake Instagram account is worthless for your end objectives. Work it inside the club.
