I got a dancer's Instagram account. I'm one of only three followers (she's new). It's the stripper's account, not the real her, so the point of it is to get schmucks into the club. How can I circumvent that and leverage this access into either regular status or the holy grail: OtC?

The only leverage a PL has is $$$ (with rare exceptions)
I told you before - offer to mow her lawn.
It takes $$ and according to you, you don't have any.
The fake Instagram account is worthless for your end objectives. Work it inside the club.
