I agree that is a waste of police resources. However, Detroit vice do still visit strip clubs and will issue tickets or worse. A well researched escort is usually very safe from being arrested. This is not a backpage quickie.
As a Bostonian I would like to point out that we have no crime here at all and that the young people in the area being destroyed by the opiod epidemic fully support the expenditure of tax payer's money on this crusade against a consensual business deal between two adults.Rhode Island used the sex trafficking lie to go after strip clubs and after two years prosecuted zero sex trafficking crimes because its a scam by the Government. I agree with skibum! Unfortunately, this comment would apply to nearly every state. We have much to be proud of in the USA but our overly moralistic, hypocritical approach to sexuality, including consensual business deals involving sex, are a source of embarrassment.
