Hello. I'm going to be visiting LA and Vegas this spring and am curious. which city am I likely to have a better strip club experience? don't think it will be in my budget to visit more than one club. any advice or info would be most appreciated

What is a "better club experience" to you? Are you a mileage hound? Do you want eye candy and some tame dances? Do you want to drink alcohol? How much can you spend? These things are important to know when trying to make a decision.
I think you better start saving your money. It sounds like travel to these two locations is not the norm for you. Both cities have a party vibe and lots of beautiful young people. You are going to want to have fun in or out of clubs. The clubs in Vegas are actually not my thing, but they can quickly cost a whole lot. I think you need to sample both and compare. Maybe you can ask JS69 for a loan or maybe you need to start a gofundme site for your trip.
I'd go to LA. Which club depends upon what you want. Sorry I dont do PL loans.
Detroit: The girls at all three cities have about the same looking dancers but with more plastic in LA than Vegas and more in Vegas than Detroit. Detroit is cheaper than both. At Rhino in COI the girl act as if they are doing you a favor by talking to you. I am over 60 and they look at me with disdain. One girl on stage looked like Barbie and she was so plastic'd up she looked like a life size doll you would buy at the store. Her face, tits and ass, were a solid mass like a statue! Most of the girls had evident plastic surgery. Lots looked like porn rejects(my opinion). If that type is what you are into and you were willing to tip in $5s at the rail and $20s at the table just to get their attention you might do better but I saw nothing worth that much. I was there during the week so maybe it is better other times. The Vegas girls are more friendly the stage shows and clubs are much nicer. The girls are just as good looking but extras in Vegas are expensive(just like everything else) and frankly you are better off with a companion service or travel out of the county to a full menu place. Plus Vegas is much easier to drive or UBER around than LA (avoid taxis in either place). Last time I was in LA I did not bother to go to go out. I was there for only two days and that is just about the amount of California I can tolerate anymore. There are more arrogant assholes per square foot than anywhere in the North America with the exception of DC. If your choice is only between LA and Vegas I would choose Vegas.

It depends on what you consider better.....extras, cost of dances, nude v bikini, cost of entrance, cost of drinks, fake boobs, hustle, etc, etc.
You've told us nothing about what you want, so we can only guess what you consider a good experience.
