Soldiers given taxpayer-funded guide to strip clubs of Tallinn

I haven't been to the Baltics in a few years but I do not club while there. Everyone tries to rip you off. . You can argue and usually come out without getting ripped off but it ruins the fun. Go to a regular bar near your hotel and there is a very good chance a hot civilian will spend a night or two with you. They are not prostitutes but they do appreciate gifts, especially gifts of cash to buy something nice

I agree that ideally they should be guided by TUSCL; but for many European cities there are too few reviews on here. I have not been to Tallinn but I have done my best for several German cities over the years as well as for my home country (England). But more reviews are needed!
