How do you know when your frozen fishsticks have been in the freezer too long and are freezer burnt?

Lol! Freezes burns.
If they have ice all over them, look discolored and taste awful when you cook them, they are freezer burnt good and should be thrown out in my opinion.

If the packaging has no bar code, it may be getting a bit past it.
