That makes sense, by midwinter, us Yankees need to escape the brutal cold and snow for some 70 degree Miami weather. I've wintered there, it's wonderful, just about every day in the 70's and sunny. Besides, if a cold snap hits and it gets down to 60, we can always watch the Floridians freeze. It's downright hilarious. :)
